運送方式說明

台灣(含離島)
可選擇超商取貨、超商貨到付款或黑貓宅配。
訂單完成後,超商取貨約需3-4天到貨(不包含周六、日、國定假日),黑貓宅配約需1-2天(不含周六、日、國定假日)。
收到訂單後將於1-3天個工作天內發貨(假日及國定假日不出貨)。

其餘海外地區
皆採中華郵政寄送,配送時間依各國家地區有所不同。
因疫情影響,收到訂單後將於1-3天個工作天內發貨,運送時間通常會有延誤,感謝您的體諒!

運送狀態查詢
當訂單出貨後,您將收到已出貨通知信件。
可於訂單中訂單備註連結查詢貨件配送狀況。

 

 

售後服務說明

收到商品後享有七天鑑賞期(含例假日),鑑賞期僅供參考、觀賞及品鑑。

請於收到商品後七天內主動與我們聯繫辦理換貨,逾期恕不受理。(依據日期以物流公司配送記錄,本人或代收人簽收包裹當日起始計算)

退換貨包裹須回復原包裝並附上發票寄回,非瑕疵但因個人因素(喜好、不符期望、尺寸不適合等等)辦理退換貨,退換貨運費皆需由買方負擔。若為超商取貨付款,款項將由匯款方式退還,匯費由買方負擔。
瑕疵品、錯誤商品之退、換貨運費則由賣方負擔。
為了保障買賣雙方的公平與權益,請提供完整詳實的開箱商品影片及照片瑕疵說明,經客服人員確認為瑕疵或錯誤商品,我們會連繫黑貓宅急便至您方便取件的地點及時間回收商品,敬請保持商品包裝完整一併寄回。
瑕疵品定義:大片無法清除之汙漬、嚴重車線脫落、不正常之破損。
非瑕疵品定義:線頭、輕微脫線、輕微毛邊、輕微刮痕、輕微液膠皆為正常現象,不列入瑕疵範圍。人為蓄意破壞及撐開、未開扣眼、0.5cm範圍內的髒污、色點與勾針、±2cm的平量誤差、因不當洗滌而造成的褪色、染色、破損及縮水(請注意各類材質洗滌限制及方式)。商品和預期想像不同、電腦色差等認知差異。

- 商品若經下水洗滌、拆吊牌、穿著磨損或有異味(例如:香水、體味及煙味),恕不提供退換貨。
- 貼身商品(例如:內衣褲、泳衣、襪類)和食品類,基於衛生安全及保障其他客戶權益恕不提供退換貨。

We send all the international orders via Chunghwa POST standard shipping. Tracking service is available.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your purchase has been completed, an order notification email will be sent to the address on file. This e-mail includes your order number and verification code. Please follow the instruction in the email to track your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive a shipment notification e-mail, after receiving this email, you can find the tracking number updated to your order information page.

CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER

Modifying or canceling an order is possible so long as the merchandise has not yet entered the packaging or shipment phases.

Sales & Refunds

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

All sales are final after 7 days from the date you received your order.
For international orders, Final Sale items purchased on sale 30% off or greater are final sale and can not be returned. All sales are final after 7 days from the date you received your order.
Clothing items must be unworn and unwashed with their original tags and packing intact.
Socks may not be returned.
Shoes must be unworn and in their original, undamaged box.
Jewelry and lingerie are final sale and can not be returned.
