Lyocell is a manmade fiber derived from naturally regenerated cellulose, produced through an environmentally friendly process that eliminates toxic chemicals and significantly reduces air and water emissions. It is made from traceable wood pulp sourced from FSC-certified farms located on land unsuitable for food cultivation or grazing.
Lyocell is derived from fast-growing eucalyptus or bamboo trees that require no irrigation or pesticides. Its production uses a closed-loop system that recycles up to 99% of the water and solvents involved, making it more eco-friendly than cotton. Additionally, the manufacturing process does not require bleach. Lyocell fibers are also stronger than viscose in both dry and wet conditions. Lyocell（萊賽爾）是一種以天然再生纖維素製成的人造纖維。其製程不使用有毒化學物質，能大幅降低對空氣與水源的污染，對環境更為友善。
Lyocell 纖維取自可追溯來源的木漿，這些木漿來自通過FSC認證的林場，林地位於不適合種植糧食或放牧的區域。原料取自生長快速的尤加利樹或竹子，不需灌溉或使用農藥。Lyocell 的製程採用封閉式循環系統，可回收高達 99% 的用水與溶劑，因此比棉花更具環保性。此外，其生產過程中不需使用漂白劑。Lyocell 纖維無論在乾或濕的狀態下都比黏膠纖維（viscose）更為堅韌。類似的 SeaCell 海藻纖維則是由海藻與海洋植物製成。
